Scarlett Ava Simpson

Ok I know she is two weeks old but she came a week early so in reality I am only a week late! She is a great Baby and is doing so well I don't know what life was with out her! When she was born she weighed in at 7 lb 1 oz 19.5 in long. Today at her two week check she is not 7 lb 15 oz and 20 1/4 in long.

She is sleeping really good just up twice at night for food and a diaper change! Savannah is in love and wants to be by her sister at all times except for when she is crying. Here are a few photos we have taken over the past two weeks! More to come I promise!

BEACH TIME!!!

So I think Savannah is sick of the rain! She was in her room one day and decided that she needed to dress-up in all her beach clothes. Then came out and asked if we could go to the beach, because she was all ready to go! Ya still too cold and wet to go to the beach.

Daffodil Pictures!

Savannah and I went to livermore today and took some pictures. Savannah's Great Grandpa Simpson is buried in Livermore so we stopped by to say hi!

We then went to the Daffodil hill and took some cute pictures! It was freezing and windy so some of her smiles are a little funny!

Ok I know I am bad at this blogging thing. The end of the year got to me!

We had an amazing christmas! Lots of fun with friends and family. Santa brought Savannah a bike! She loves it and wants to ride it everywhere!!!

The Baby is growing like crazy! I am getting bigger and bigger every day! ( according to savannah) Every morning she wakes up and says "oh mom you got bigger last night! " Thanks Savannah you know just what to say to make mommy feel better!

She has been struggling with going to primary and to preschool. She puts on this big show and says she doesn't want to go but after she gets there she has a great time! This week has gotten better and I hope we have over come this problem!

Other than that we are just plugging along. lots of changes happening this year with the new baby coming and all we are just taking life one day at a time!

Scott was employee of the month in December, and with that came a night stay at his hotel. We had a great stay the weekend of my birthday in January. Here I am in the room, and some pictures of the view from the 31st floor of the Westin St. Frances hotel in SF. Nice place to stay!!

So tree number two is done. WE call this "Mom's Tree!" It has snowmen on it and I love snowmen. Im in the picture to show off my tummy that has popped out this week. Not the best picture but I am looking pregnant. I guess I should since tomorrow i will be 22 weeks. Wow time is just flying by. WE are hoping to finish Scott's tree today but he is a little more particular about how his looks so it might take a while!

Christmas is a BIG deal here at the Simpson house. WE have three trees!! Thats right THREE!!! This is the small tree with all the miniature ornaments on it! We call it Savannah's tree. It stays in her room. She is becoming quite the Christmas fanatic! She loves to decorate right along side her daddy who was born to decorate! So if you don't want your tree decorated Scott and Savannah will do it! They are a great team!
